Philip has more than eight years of professional experience working with M&A, both as an investor and as an advisor. Before joining Verso Philip worked as an Investment Manager at Permobil (an Investor AB company) working actively on building the global leader within the Complex Rehab Technology industry. At Permobil Philip was responsible for acquisitions, managing processes from deal origin to deal close and executed several acquisitions with a total deal value of over €250m. Prior to that, he spent 5 years at PWC’s M&A practice where he advised multinational companies in a broad range of industries supporting clients with deal structuring, financial modelling, due diligence and deal negotiations, working actively on deals with a total deal value of over €4bn.
